Idle Control motor cleaned but still problems. 700

I cleaned my idle control motor today. I took it out and cleaned out the thing with carb cleaner and also gave the hoses a bath. When i put it all back together and turned on the air to kick it on, it started to have even worst problems then before. The idle can't stay steady at all. It ranges from 600-1200 rpms. Its very annoying. The car almost gets to the point where its about to stall out.

I've already cleaned the throttle body (last weekend) and i checked for leaks with propane. No response. Only other thing i could think of is its the TPS. Can't figure out how to adjust mine. It has some screw that prevents it from being moved.

Any other ideas?
