245 tailight compatability? 200 1982

The clear lens for the backup light (passenger side)is missing on my 82 245 GLT. I'm cruising around the web looking for a replacement taillight assembly and I'm confused. A lot of places show compatability from 1985-1993. My car is an 82 and my lamp assembly looks just like the ones I've seen, amber turn signal, clear back up light, with red lenses top and bottom. Are these lenses compatable with my '82 Turbowagon? Or are 81-84 245 lenses really different?
