Considering buying 200

Well, I've been searching for a different car since my daughter was born 3 months ago and I'm really considering a 240 wagon. They seem to be safe, last a really long time and be dependable. Prices are also pretty good on them. What do I need to look out for? I can fix most anything on the car except the AC, I don't have the tools for that. I'm no stranger to being up to my elbows in grease or wires but I don't really want to do it once a week. Once a month would be no problem as long as most of it was planned maintence and not a suddenly dead car. I'm in Texas so rust isn't much of a problem but working AC is. Thanks for your help, this is a great board.
