Well, I don't know about this site. It looks pretty hostile to me.
First off, it opens a new browser window on entering the site. Why
not just post the new page in the first browser window? My 'puter
doesn't need any more drains on its processing ability.
Then there are the "Forum Rules", which I quote:
You may not post new threads
You may not post replies
You may not post attachments
You may not edit your posts
So there is nothing there to read and they don't want you to post.
So?????
Also, why do all times have to be in GMT? Sure, I can subtract 6,
but I think my 'puter can do it a lot more automatically than I can.
And ALL of the All-number cars (444-960/850) seem to be in one forum.
This doesn't make much sense to me. But then this board has a lot of
unlike cars lumped also.
Maybe it will become more user-friendly. The Brit site seems to use
a similar software but is not quite so hostile. (I think. I have put up
one new post and responded to several others and have not had any response
from any of them yet. So I'm not sure. Maybe I shouldn't have posted that
I was from Oklahoma. They might think I am a wild Native American.....)
Anyway I'll check back later and see if it has softened up.
