Front bearing and ABS sensor on 90 745ti 700 1990

I am having two problems. I can't get the abs sensors out of the steering knuckle and I have a bad front bearing. This is the one piece unservicable type. Is the bearing something I could do or is it strictly a shop deal? I have read what the FAQ's say about both things but there is not a lot of info on these. Any help would be appreciated.
