First thing to try: remove your floormat.

The Turbo+ only works at WOT (wide-open-throttle) above about 4000rpm. If your car isn't in need of a tune-up, your boost should rise under those conditions. I say remove your floormat since you sometimes have to seriously try to mash the pedal thru the carpet to make the TPS (throttle position sensor) see WOT.
