where is the boost cutoff switch???????????? 700 1988

there is no "boost cut-off switch" that I am aware of. I believe the item you are looking for is the wastegate? It's underneath the turbo unit and can only really be seen and accessed with the car elevated.

if your vehicle is overboosting and you are looking for the reason I would suggest checking the actuator hose that comes off the main downpipe in front of the turbo. it's a little hose attached to the pipe with a right angle nipple thing. this triggers the wastegate which prevents overboosting, when this hose breaks/tears/falls off the boost will just run straight up without stopping. when this happened to my vehicle the engine would cut-out on heavy boost. freaked me out and I repaired it immediately.
