Wire bridge built but still problems 200 1990

Don,
I struck out finding a replacement for the instrument cluster. I will continue the search when I get back from vacation.
One last question, is possible that my small volt gauge is reading incorrectly?
It is at 10.5 and has stayed there through 10 minutes of highway, 10 minutes of city driving, and now 20 minutes of idle in the driveway. All this was done with full air cond, rear defrost, headlights and most everything I could power.

Something is still wrong with the pcb board, but what I'm getting at is perhaps the car is fit to drive. Shouldn't the car quit by now if the volts are really at 10.5 and wouldn't the alterntor light come on if the charging system was in the negative?

Thanks again for the input.

-Doug (Cincinnati heading to Hilton Head!)
