Back End Dragging over bumps 200 1986

When ever I go over speed bumps or over a dip in a driveway the backend of my 240 Sedan drags (nothing is in the trunk either).

The car looks like it is suspended correctly. And when I push down on the back end it damps out quickly.


Do I need new shocks?
