Noise from NEW Blower motor 200 1985

Well after I installed my blower motor the Volvo way, I have noticed after driving for 45 minutes of more with the A/C cranked up, a noise may or may not be emmitted from the blower motor/vents/ etc. I especially notice it start and become loud if I take off from a light (manual) and take it above 4,000 RPMS. It stays loud till I turn the car off and wait awhile. Other times it goes away. Then I noticed the carpet was a little wet so I just checked the drain hose and it was clean. Then I gently poked a wire up into that nipple on the heater box or whatever and water ran out. Took a mirror and couldn't see anything laying across the hole however. So I was sitting here and thought of something. Can I reach through the recirculate intake and feel around for something? If not, is there an easy way to do this? Thanks.
