Engine slow to rev down 200

Yep, my s60 isn't this slow. I think the clutch is slipping to be honest, because at a standstill it doesn't do this. I mean it floats at what ever rpm you put the clutch in for atleast 3 seconds.

I've driven old nissan turbo's back when my dad worked for stockton nissan and they didn't do that either. Course, this car has 226k miles on it, so it's probably not in the greatest of shape.
