SUSPENSION QUESTIONS 700 1987

I am about to re-do the suspension on my '87 760 Turbo with 210,000 miles on it.
My wife mainly drives this car so we want it to have a reasonably smooth ride --- high-performance sports driving isn't really in the cards! I wanted to go with either Boge Turbo-Gas or Boge Pro-Gas struts up front. What is the main difference? Should I also replace the front strut springs with this many miles on them? Should I replace the bushings at this time? If so, which ones usually go bad first, and are there aftermarket bushings that aren't as stiff as I've heard the poly ones are?
I also want to convert the Nivomats over in the rear at the same time. Is the ride better with Boge Turbo or Pro Gas shocks and new springs in the rear, or would I be better off with aftermarket Nivomats instead, skipping the conversion altogether?
Please help. All opinions and experiences are welcome!!
