Flow parameters for Bosch LH2.4 fuel injectors

I am about to order some reconditioned injectors from a place calld LinderTech, at the following link: http://www.lindertech.com/

But I don't know all that I need to know before I order them...

I read on the 700/900 FAQ that the LH2.4 system uses injectors that deliver at 300 cc/min, but how many lbs/hr?

And just to double check, rail pressure is at 43.5 PSIG right?
