strange screws in seatbelt spool 700

One of the seatbelts for the 3rd seat in my 745 has a twist in it, inside the spool. In trying to get the twist out, I ended up with the belt pulled almost all the way into the spool, with the twist still there. Now, the belt is stuck in the spool--can't pull it out 'cuz it's locked, can't push it in because the twist has it jammed up.

Normally I'd just take the spool apart and unlock the belt that way, but this spool is held together with these strange screws I've never seen before. The heads look like phillips, but only have 3 points instead of 4. For the life of me I can't find anything that will fit. Does anyone know where I can get a bit that will drive these screws, or should I be in the market for a new seatbelt? TIA--
