My car is high, idling that is....help 140-160

Ok. 1968 144, totally rebuilt carbs (z-therapy - roller bearing throttle shafts), fuel pressure regulator set to 2.5psi, new head gasket, head work, electronic ignition, timing set, valves adjusted, everything in very good working order, much is new. PROBLEM: Even after all this and more, after I drive her a bit (like a few minutes) and after she's warmed up, I get a high idle when i'm in park. Now, if she's been sitting a few minutes, and I start her, she has a low idle problem. What the hell is going on? I don't think I'm having an air leak problem, is there something I'm missing?
