Intake manifold gasket... Tips or tricks???? 200 1984

I figured out that the rough idling in my 84 240 DL is being caused by a leaky intake manifold gasket. So, now that I know what needs to be done, I've got to do it. Any advice or tricks I should know before getting into this? I just changed out the injector seals during my trouble shooting. My manual makes it sound like all there is to it is to disconnect the fuel line, the bracket that holds the manifold to the block and the manifold bolts. Sounds strait forward, but I could use any advice you guys can give. Thanks.
