ratcheting rear seat belts on 240? 200 1991

I have a '91 240 and more recently acquired 2 small children. It's a real pain to install child seats using those metal clips, much easier with ratcheting belts like on more modern cars. Not to mention tighter and more secure. Does anybody know of a way to swap out the rear belt tensioners or whatever on the 240 with something designed to hold child seats?
