Buying Advise? 1800

I'm looking to buy a p1800. I like the styling of the early/mid 60's p1800s, but know that the B20 engine is faster, and so are the FI models. I think I'd still prefer dual SU's over a FI one, but maybe if I drove both I'd change my mind? What years are best for these (for fun & reliability)? Is there a particular year/model/engine to avoid? What options are desireable (besides A/C and OD for the manual) on these cars? Any other advise is appreciated.
