engine missing durring acceleration 200 1983

yeah, checked the AMM and it was definently the wrong one. 007 as opposed to the 002 i pulled out, so i put that one back in for now and am checking the other stuff that you guys mentioned so far that know how to check atleast :) i did pull the plugs and check them out, and while it looks like they're fairly new they have a lot of black crap that looks like the engine is running rich, espially on the #4 cylinder (i assume its #4, but its the furthest one from the front of the car) My dad seems to think that this is still pointing to a bad AMM, and obviously i cant really rule that out. so does anyone know how much these usually cost?
