Trans cooler lines 200

92 DL w/112k and have one of the cooler lines at the trans leaking after driving a short distance. There are two lines and it is the top line.(looking from bottom). Weeping (it appears) to be where it threads into side of trans. Any one know how to fix? How difficult? Lines are $43 a piece from dealer, independent Volvo guy says he can splice a repair for under $50. Thoughts.
