Turbo Poll 900

I own a 91 940T with 148,000. I bought the car brand new and have changed the oil every 4000 miles. I've recently switched to sythentic oil for the past 10,000 miles with great results. With 148,000 on the orginal turbo am I doing any good for now? I would also like to know how many miles fellow bricksters have gotten outta there turbo!!
