AC quit Blower fan quit 900 1993

When I parked the car the AC worked great. When I started it again there was no blower. We checked the fuses and they are ok. There is no power to the blower motor (the motor is ok). I don't think the other HVAC controls work either. Is there a relay? Please tell me I don't have to take it to a dealer. I have an excellent mechanic but this one has him stumped.
