Fuel pump problems?? 700 1980

Hi Rich: yes, that relay is directly respondsible for both the tank pump and the main fuel pump. Inside the relay there are 2 coils , one for the tank pump and one for the main pump. So if the main pump is running it is doing all the work bt itself and what is going to happen is it will petter out. I have to go now , ( honey do list) write me back with as much info. as you can and I will try to help you. Dan.
