Trans fluids in a '64 122 120-130

What fluids should be used in the manual trans, steering box and differential of a '64 122. Would it be the same for a '67 No overdrive). I would like to be driving my '67 again, after several years of neglect, and can't remember what I used to use (I'm probably a victim of advancing age).

Also, since I seem to be replacing bushings in a variety of cars, I'm considering a press, if 1) the cost isn't too bad, and 2) if I don't need a lot of isntruction and experience to do the job well. Any suggestions? What do I look for?
