pretty darn close. Ive gotten as low as 13, but thats stop and go Los angeles traffic, a/c on, and a pretty hard driver, with a manual trans. I average 15 around town. On the highway though, ive gotten as high as 26, a/c on doing 65-70. If I do 75-80 however, a/c on, it can go down to about 23.
