Fuel Pressure Problems? 200 1983

my car is an 83 244 Turbo. I'm getting fuel from the control pressure regulator but i don't know how much is normal...should it dribble, spray or just run out with some pressure? I cleaned all my fuel lines back to the distributor and back to the tank. I don't know if I'm running too much or not enough pressure, but if i can figure out how much fuel is suppose to run out off the regulator, that might point m into the right direction. thanks for any help.
