No power in hot weather. Screaming here. 700 1986

Hello,
here in Richmond, VA there is a lot of heat and
my '86 740GLE has poor acceleration and lack of power during hot days. It is something better in cool mornings or evenings.
I replaced spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, air filter, fuel filter, adjusted ignition timing with light gun, took off and cleaned TB, Oil Trap, Flame Trap, checked and resoldered fuel injection relay. I tried another fuel pressure regilator (taken from wreck yard though). Sparkplug wires seem fairly new, not sure for ignition coil.

I also can hear some humming noise that I beleive coming from main fuel pump under the car.

Now, is this electrical or fuel delivery problem, or even better, what this could be?

Tike S.
