Idle/low-throttle stumble on '83 240? 200

A coworker of mine just bought an '83 245 DL with 185k miles. I checked it out the other day, and it runs quite rough at idle, and hesitates at anything below about 2k rpm. In the past week, she had the plugs and wires replaced (at dealership), and I replaced the cap and rotor today. It runs a little better, but still knocks a bit at idle, and definitely hesitates badly in the lower rev ranges (compared to my 208k mile '83 auto wagon).

I'm now thinking the fuel system isn't up to task, because it runs fine at higher revs. Past that, I'm out of ideas. I'll probably get her to throw in a bottle of injector cleaner, then maybe fuel filter? What else can I check?

Just hoping to keep another old brick on the roads...
