Coolant Loss FYI 700 1991

Just an FYI to all. Been losing coolant SLOOOOOOWWWWWWWWLY for a LOOOOONNNNNNGGGGG time. Could not find the leak for love nor money. Did the stone cold oil test (700/900 FAQ) and the oil was clean. Popped the hood before leaving for work this A.M. and believe I found it. There was an extremely small amount of yellowish liquid on the water pump housing. Felt a bit greasy. Nose and tongue test confirmed it was coolant.

Seems the leak is so slow, that the coolant evaporates from the engine heat prior to ever hitting the ground.

Hope this saves some fellow Bricksters with similar problems a bit of time in their search.
