Speedo Adjustment 120-130 1967

My experience is with the 140's. On those, you reach up behind the dash and loosen two thumb screws (one out on each end of the instrument cluster). You then you can roll the instrument over onto its face, disconnect the plugs and speedo cable, and pull the instrument, end-first, out through the big rectangular hole in the dash. I'm not at all familiar with the 120's, but I would think they are somewhat the same. If you can't figure it out, go here and ask:
