944 n/a needs more power - how? 900 1993

Was thinking of selling the car, but decided to keep it forever, instead.

However, I'd like to get more power. IPD claims their camshaft adds 12hp. Anything else? I assume new shocks, sway bar, wider tires would help with handling. Everything is stock right now. I don't want to spend gobs of money. What would get me the biggest bang for the $? Which are labor intensive? (probably will take it to an indy shop)
