K&N filters are bad?!?!

I cannot believe a person such as yourself with so much car experience has never heard/seen anything bad about K&N airfilters. I know tons of people have used them for millions of miles.

Think about the basic physics of filtration. There is not free lunch from any filter.

I guess unscientifically when I look at a K&N air filter and see the rather large holes, I must wonder what passes through....
