Blown Head Gasket 200 1988

I had the fortune of getting an '88 245 DL with a B230F engine and AW 70 tranny at a great price. I have used copper weld solution to repair the engine, ie I didn't have to replace it. No more white smoke comes out of the exhaust and the engine oil is not murky. The upper radiator hose was loose, but I think that the impacted gunk in the flame trap and oil trap were the cause of the blown head gasket. I cleaned the flame trap, changed the oil, spark plugs, and coolant. Is there anything else I need to change or do? For instance, I'm wondering if I should flush the engine oil soon and use motor flush? Should I put anti-rust or one of those $3/pint Prestone additives? How about Dura-lube or Slick 50?
