Front Heated Oxygen Sensor 900 1997

Has anyone had experience replacing the Front Heated O2 Sensor (for OBD-II Code P0130)? I have found this is causing my loss in power (for those who read my recent posts) and poor acceleration, in addition to an old fuel filter I replaced. Replacing that helped the acceleration VERY MUCH, but I still get some hesitation...so I need to change the O2S. I appreciate your responses.
