I got a hot deal coming my way/help my turbo breath

boys boys boys boys!!! check this deal out. I was in the other day at my local volvo shop and I was simply asking about parts for my 82 240 turbo. just as our conversation was done he mentioned that he had just done some work on an 84 same body style dl in which the motor was shot, so the guy hadn't come to pick it up. The boss man said he'd call the guy to see what he wanted done with it. this thing is silver and clean as clean can be. the owner of the car called me this morning and asked if wanted to buy it. I was thinking he would ask 500- 1000 for it. all he said was "you pay the mechanics bill and it's yours" $210!!!!! thats it for a clean inside and out 240. I really need some of those body panels and some other things. I'd swap everything over to the silver one but mine is manual and the dl is auto. and my turbo has a sun roof. what should I do. also, I was at my local rice rocket shop asking if there is an intake for my car that I can put on. he said that there isnt enough room but a k&n would help and also if I drilled quarter sized holes in my air box. I figure that would be ok if I took some screen door mesh and put them on the inside of the box acting as a filtering device. what do you think...I just want my baby to breath! thanks for the help.....TIGER
