White smoke out of my tail pipe.... 700 1988

Okej...today i went ahead and took my cat off and gutted it...

i was amazed by the difference...it really pulls now...

unfortunatelly i also saw some problems

one...i get TONS of smoke out of my exhaust...when i'm driving its not so bad, almost not there, but when i'm slowing down or idling there is a huge cloud of whitish smoke behind me...

whats causing this?
also now i hear a slight hissing sound by my intake manifold...could be a vacuum leak? maybe the intake gasket's shot and leaking?

for some reason my MBC and dual stage solenoid also dont work now...it was working fine yesterday...i pull the cat and instead of hitting 14 psi i get the same as without the MBC, which is 7 psi...i checked it, everythings okej...could this be related to the cat?

1988 740tic, factory Turbo+, VDO Boost gauge, Cold air Cone Filter setup, MBC set to 14 psi, Dual stage solenoid. Removed muffler.
