Is this a good price for a Bertone? 200

I've located a 79 Bertone for sale. The car was owned by a volvo mechanic who bought it and fixed it up for his daughter. The car has an engine and tranny from an 87 240. Perfect black paint, chrome aftermarket wheels, no cracks on the dash, and all electrics work. The seats have nice covers on them because the leather is not so good. The car was driven 1600 miles back from California without a hitch. There is no rust on the car and the top looks new. The guy's daughter drove it for a couple of years and wanted something different. The asking price is $4500. Any opinions?

Thanks in advance,
Erich
