Warranty Question 700

Inspired by the recent post with the used tire failure
I have a more general warranty question related to tires and spareparts:

If I buy a used car today and the PO tells me he got
4 new tires yesterday. Does the warranty changeover
to me as the new carowner or not?
Or better speaking: Is the warranty for the tires
connected to the car only or to the owner too?
What happen if the PO gives me the receipt.
Do I have warranty then?

In principle the same is for any repair or spareparts.
When the PO change the battery and gives me the receipt,
do I have a warranty on that part?

Sorry for this really dumb question.

TIA
