'B' Grind camshaft, what will it do? 200 1986

Found a "B" grind cam shaft in my pile of parts, have seen all the charts listing specs, but what will it really do for the car?
'86 B230 non-turbo, automatic.
A few mods have been performed,
oversized throttle body,
MSD 6AL & Magnicor,
Turbo 2.5" exhaust (only center silencer, and no cat [for testing only])
Air box mod & K&N type filer [ams oil].
