Radiator hose problems 700 1988

Hi,

I posted a while ago about a coolant leak which turned out to be a badly fitted upper radiator hose. Anyway, we took the car to the Volvo specialist repair shop who replaced both radiator hoses and changed the coolant.

The problem is now the lower radiator hose is leaking coolant, which wasn't a problem before but is now! The upper radiator hose is fixed, but I'm losing more coolant now than I was before.

Is there any reason why our 740 is trying to leak its coolant so badly? Is there too much pressure in the system so it's trying to find cracks somewhere, or is high pressure normal anyway?

I just don't understand what's going on. Are we just unlucky or is something wrong?

Simon.
