Need Help on How to Lube Manual Sunroof 200

Hello Bricksters-
My sunroof is encountering a lot of friction/dirt when closing and when opening I actually have to assist with a hand pushing it back, while turning the crank.

How an Where do I need to clean?

Bentley and Haynes are a little short worded on how to lube a manual sunroof; or I just didn't understand it. Please advise:
(a) What type of Lube? White Lithium grease or Wheel Bearing grease or something else.
(b) Where and How to Lube? Take off the front cover housing; exposing the two cables and actuating or drive gear and just smear the shit out of the cables and their tracks? What about the "runner tracks" you normally see on both driver and passenger sides that the sunroof "rides on"?

This is the 1st time it's been done on a 13 year old, so please be generous in helping me.

Thanks In Advance Guys
-Matt
