passenger frt 1/4 panel removal 200 1988

Hi. Lately i have been thinking about replacing the pass. frt. panel on my car. I have seen a few good donor cars at the local u-pull it salvage.

1 How do i remove the frt panel from the my car and the donor car? I think there maybe some spot welds by the lower radiator core support.
2 I am knew to the body work side of cars.I think i maybe be able to handle something like this.
3 I need the passenger frt panel and the hood.Should i just grab the whole frt clip to make things simple and match color wise?
4 My car runs fine.Tired of my car looking like it was used as a movie prop. Is it all worth replacing? My car has 193xxx on the speedo.Runs real good tho.

Just got me a digi camera. Will have some pics of my brick when i get this html/downloads/web page thing together. Still new to the ibook "compruta" hahaha.

Thx all.
