warm start woes. Car starts but unless I gas it heavily (hearing high pitched squeal) it stalls. 200 1991

Works fine when cold starting. After I give it gas and it squeals, it works fine from that point on. Note that if i don't give it that much gas, I have to start the car in neutral so that I can quickly shift into drive or reverse. It won't turn off after i've engaged the transmission. I've put STP complete engine (or whatever its called) but the problem persists. It only happens when engine is still warm.

Could this be the trottle body? If so, how much should this cost? If not, what else?

Regards,

Ruben
