Stumped on probs with 93 240... 200 1993

had same problems with my '92 745 and this helped my problem:

-clean and tighten electrical connectors to all the sensors and fuel injectors,
-clean and tighten all gound connections, specially the FI gounds
-check the color of the tag of the rpm sensoR(by the electrical connector). Mine had a yellow band, which means it was the original one. The insulation of this sensor crumbled in my hands when i pulled it to clean the electrical coonector, exposing bare wires.
The new sensors have a white band, are more reliable and less prone to intermittent failure.
