Amazon Gearbox woes 120-130

Can you help me, Brickboard,

Since last night my 1967 Amazon has a rumbling, coming from the gearbox area, that is very noticeable when pulling in 1st, 2nd, 3rd (and maybe 4th, but I haven't dared go that fast). It goes away when I push in the clutch and lessens when I ease up on the gas. On starting this morning it came a bump as well.

So I need some advice from gearbox gurus - what's the worst it could be? Thanks.
