Door Handles 200 1983

I have a 1983 240 DL the right door handle (outside) is broken doesn't operate and the left one is loose and floppy. What is involved in repairing these and do I need to buy replacements or can i repair the existing. Also what is involved in removing the inside door panel I assume has to come off. I looked and didn't see how the inside handle came off and the window crank (does it have a snap ring?) any details would be appreciated. Also where is the best place if I need to purchase new handles.
