230FT 740 engine reving during idle and crusin speeds?*$#! 700 1989

Greetings-

Well, I have checked and cleaned the IAC and Throttle body. Both appear to be functioning. This problem only starts when engine gets hot (5 minutes or so) Idle does not hunt when AMM connectioned is removed? Does this have anything to do with my problem? PVC valve needs to be changed along with hoses to and from. Themostat on air filter box is functioning properly as well. Recently purchased with 133k. Switched to mobil 1 and 92 petrol w/k&n air filter. I am at wits end with this problem and am about to take it to the dealer and get some fault codes!
