Not easily. You could, presumably, replace the stock distributor with an old mechanical one, or aftermarket type, but then you'd have to trick your ECU into thinking it was 'seeing' a distributor... I think it would get complicated. The 91-93 computer-controlled ignition works pretty well, IMO...why would you want to change it? There's no way you could set the 'static' ignition and adjust timing for load, rpm, a/f ratio and temperature as well as the ECU does.
