B23F valve job 200 1984

So here I am doing a valve job. I buy a gasket kit for the top end of a B23F. The kit covers 3 motors. B21E B230F are the other 2. So I get 4 valve seals with the metal spring for the intake manifolds but also I get 4 fat round seals that also fit the valve stems. Do these go on the exhaust valve stems and if so where? In the center of the spring? Do they belong to a different motor. I saw no o rings on the valves when I took them out.
