fuel system 200 1985

HI. I have an 85 245 turbo wagon and I have been having some trouble with the fuel system that I was hoping someone could help me with.

Lately after I have been driving my car for over 30 minutes the main fuel pump has been making a very loud buzzing noise and the engine starts to sputter. I was wondering if it is the fuel pump or something else. Also since it has started doing that the cold starts are a lot harder.
